Cancellation policy.

Event bookings:

Please note that all event tickets are non-refundable, unless we need to cancel the event, whereby a refund in full will be given to all booked in attendees.

In the unfortunate event that you are no longer able to attend an event booked with us, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kindred-house.com.

We will do our very best to fill your space on the workshop, however if we are unable to do so, the cost of the full ticket price will remain payable & no refund will be given.

Retreat weekend bookings:

If you have booked a retreat weekend with us and are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kindred-house.com. Please note that we require at least seven days notice in order for your room cost to be fully refunded.

If cancelled with less than seven days notice, we can only refund you if we can re-book your room with another person attending the retreat weekend. If we are not able to do so, the full cost of the room will unfortuantley remain payable & no refund will be given. Please do look into having travel insurance for your trip to avoid such an event occuring.
